How To Make Mango Raspberry Chia Pudding

Peel and add the mangoes to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add chia seeds, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, blended mango, and Greek yogurt to your jars and combine with a spoon.

Add fresh raspberries, coconut flakes, and fresh mango, then cover the jars and store them in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 TBSP chia seeds
  • 5 mangoes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 4 TBSP coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Peel and add the mango to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • In four 17-oz jars, add 2 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup almond milk, ½ cup blended mango, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp honey, and 2 tbsp Greek yogurt to each jar and combine with a spoon.
  • Add ¼ cup fresh raspberries, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, and 1-2 tbsp fresh mango to each jar.
  • Cover the jars and then store them in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight before eating.
