Mango Raspberry Chia Pudding

These creamy and delicious Mango Raspberry Chia pudding doubles as breakfast and dessert. If you love mango, then this is the perfect breakfast for you. They are made with a few simple ingredients, filling, and are super tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 TBSP chia seeds
  • 5 mangoes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 4 TBSP coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Peel and add the mango to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • In four 17-oz jars, add 2 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup almond milk, ½ cup blended mango, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp honey, and 2 tbsp Greek yogurt to each jar and combine with a spoon.
  • Add ¼ cup fresh raspberries, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, and 1-2 tbsp fresh mango to each jar.
  • Cover the jars and then store them in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight before eating.
